Finca/Country House for holiday rental in Jimena de la Frontera, Cádiz

This is one of the nicest houses in the area of Jimena, situated just outside Los Angeles/Estacion within a parkland of olive trees and lawns. The views are marvelous and the sense of space and light is spectacular.
This large bright modern house, which is build on one floor has 5 bedrooms, a master suite with bathroom (large walk in shower and bath) and sitting room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing a bathroom as well as a further two connected large bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
There is a large living/dining area with a wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a large professional range with 6 gas burners and two ovens. Heating is by way of the fireplace and electric radiators.
The house has a laundry room and a double garage, as well as two very friendly donkeys who are looked after by the gardener!
Outside there are multiple patios and terraces all with the appropriate garden furniture. The grounds are extensive and the property has a large pool on the lower level of the grounds.
The property is 500m from Los Angeles with it’s little shops and bars and 5 minutes drive from Jimena de la Frontera, and 25 minutes from the beaches on the coast. The closest airport is Gibraltar, then Malaga or Seville.
The house is available for 3 day weekends, for a week or few weeks, one month and maximum 2 month rentals.
Rent includes all bills, internet, cleaning, pool maintenance and gardening. Maximum 10 guests, although there is a possibility of also renting the casita which can accommodate two more guests.
