ICT Recruiter Specialist - IT Telecom - Energy
We are a ICT consultancy delivering IT and Telecom consultancy services to our customers around the world.
We are looking to complement our internal team with an extra Freelance Recruiter Specialist, on an attractive basis.
We will provide the complete Back Office, Existing Clients, Office facilities, full financing of consultants.
We have existing clients, assignments to fill in, BUT
Preferable you already HAVE clients with you!
Maybe even some consultants out, where we can offer you a higher margin on!
Work location will be close to Plaza España - Mallorca, or home when needed.
As an experienced Recruiter you know the game, but here are our ideas:
1. Tasks/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
-Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
-Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
-Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client or to the sales person;
-Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
-Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants;
-Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
-Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
-Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
-Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
-Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
-Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
-Proven work experience as ICT recruiter in the European market
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, etc.)
-Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
-Ability to organize assessment (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric, etc.)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-BS/MS in Human Resources Management or similar desirable.
-Perfect English is a MUST, and Spanish will be an advantage, Danish as well
