We are looking for a professional Training and Grow Planner Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special grow team activities.
You will manage, plan, design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small-scale training programs directly with project's representatives and end customers, plan and coordinate all the Grow Team activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the led point of contact for all the training needs from end clients and account managers via email and/or phone.
- Operate as the led point of contact for all Grow Team members and account managers via email and/or phone and weekly meeting.
- Planning and organizing the Grow team activities onsite related to end client machine installations and rump ups.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the EMEA markets according to the end client needs and objectives. Assist with high severity request or escalations needs.
- Contact frequently the end client to remind about training rights available and sessions dates. - Control the database for the daily job, registrations, cancellations, course move and trainer change.
- Create weekly reports to inform the HP management about grow activities.
- Request translators to support specific sessions with this need.
- Remote meetings with clients to support webinar courses.
- Ensure the funding for each specific client is clear by analyzing the entitlements, invoicing

Requirements
- High/Native level of English & Spanish / Italian & French

- Advance Windows environment and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize work in accordance with supervisory input.

- Ability to handle confidential donor/constituency/employee/client information with sensitivity, integrity
