Description
We are looking to contract a full-time Sales & Marketing specialist based in our head office in Fuengirola, Malaga to start immediately, with full Spanish contract.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy team. Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must, alongside the ability to work together in a team. We support you with all the necessary training and support, also with opportunities for growth within the company. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a positive attitude that loves to be involved in different areas of the business.
For the right candidate, a fulltime Spanish contact is available immediately with highly competitive salary (based on experience) plus commission for any sales.

Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced written and verbal Spanish is advantageous
- Experience in marketing, social media and online brand management
- Eager to learn with excellent communication skills and strong persuasiveness
- Some experience in Sales (inbound/outbound, cold calling, up-selling, cross-selling) with a drive for achieving targets
- Other languages a great help, specifically German or Scandinavian languages
- Ability to work in a team in a busy environment
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Skilled in writing, designing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts to increase engagement and visibility online
- Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and monitor strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread and edit creative and written content across different platforms
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and increase sales
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve optimum client retention as well as acquisition
- Build sustainable B2C and B2B relationships through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer enquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
