Description
We are searching for an organized self-starter assistant to join our operations team in our office in Estepona.
You should also be very comfortable working in Excel and Google sheets, good with numbers and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
The successful candidate should possess a strong sense of responsibility, and communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks, as well as a drive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales and telemarketing departments within a ticket system
- Update and maintain the property portfolio on our websites
- Extract data from different sources and prepare reports
- Providing excellent service to the other teams in the company and maintaining relationships with developers and commercial agencies
- Updating and maintaining the different working documents, platforms and programs as needed
- Analysing the workflow and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager
Operations Assistant Requirements:
- High proficiency with computers, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent English-Spanish, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a back office, administrative or accounting position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Responsible, self-starter and be able to work independently within a team
- A willingness to learn
