Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO of a rapidly growing Real Estate/Developer agency. Based in our Head Office in Marbella, this position has an immediate start.
Fluency or a high level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written is essential. You must be motivated and well-presented with experience preferably working in real estate or for property developers. The role reports directly to our CEO and will involve assisting him with his day-to-day activities as well as helping with property management. A current driving licence and own vehicle is mandatory.

Key duties will include:
- Managing the CEO's weekly agenda, co-ordinating meetings and conference calls
- Scheduling travel and organising travel arrangements
- Taking meeting minutes and following up actions for construction site meetings
- Coordinating vendors and liaising with the Accountant for quarterly invoices and other accounting duties
- Assisting with translations to Spanish and English as required, a third language is a plus
- Assisting with expenses and other administrative matters for the CEO
- Updating our database
- Dealing with suppliers, checking website translations to Spanish, etc.
Key skills:
- Ideally, we are looking for someone with some experience in real estate
- You must have at least 3 years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant working for senior management or owners of a company or similar.
- You need to keep various tasks moving forward and be quick with the execution of your work
- You must be a self-starter with initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and discretion
- Fluency or a high level of English and Spanish both spoken and written is essential.
We offer a competitive package including a basic salary (nomina or autónomo).
