We are a family business established over 30 years here in Spain and we are seeking a Garage Receptionist to join our team in Ondara.
The Garage Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information between clients and the garage staff.
This role is mainly responsible for managing customer enquiries, scheduling appointments and ITVs, managing warranty cases, ordering vehicle parts and coordinating with the mechanics to keep the workshop organised and on schedule.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and professional with a friendly and welcoming approach.
Customer service experience is required plus a high level of English and Spanish.
Legal residence in Spain essential.
