Description
We are looking for a new Bar Assistant Manager who is well trained in the bar industry. This position is for a new bar opening in El Campello close to the beach. The owners are looking for someone with initiative who can think on their own when they are not present. This bar does not offer food but will offer an extensive menu for cocktails, wines, spirits and drinks for our customers.
The applicant should have the following:
1. Good customer service skills
2. Knowledge of cocktails and wines
3. Good ideas and knowledge of how to work a bar
4. Can work late evenings/ early morning with flexibility
For the right applicant we are offering a full-time contract with full-time hours with future possibility of profit share. As a company we are very fair when it comes to working conditions and we are always looking at ways to enhance the business.
There will be company events and trips in exchange for your hard work as an incentive.
We will be looking to interview potential candidates in the next couple of weeks, ready for the season ahead.
