Distributed on one floor, it has a large and bright living room thanks to a glazed inner courtyard and direct access to the front terrace. From the living room we have access to a dining room and to a corridor that turns around the central patio and leads us to the bedrooms and to one of the guest bathrooms.

There is also a large fully fitted kitchen with a fireplace and grill, a utility room with pantry and a fifth room which can be used as a second living room or office. At the front of the house, next to the entrance is another office and the second guest bathroom.

On the inner terrace of the house there is a dedicated area to have a vegetable garden or a garden, a brand new swimming pool (6 months) disinfected with saline electrolysis, a barbecue, a wood oven and an area to prepare paellas.
