The finca Molino Los Arcos is a lovingly rebuilt former water mill with about 160 m² of living space and private pool. The very well-isolated rebuilding was only completed in 2003.
You will find an unobstructable location in beautiful nature. The object can also be used for agriculture, as it has corresponding free water rights at the source in Huebro.
At present the house has the official approved status: Vivienda Rural.
It lies at the foot of the Sierra Alhamilla between the mountain village of Huebro and the town of Nijar. The city of Almeria and the airport are about 30 minutes away by car.
The natural park Cabo de Gata with wonderful beaches is also about 30 minutes by car.
The finca is particularly suitable for families and groups. The 'cortijo' is located in a valley of the Sierra Alhamilla in a very quiet location. There is no car traffic here. You reach the house over a five kilometer long, a bit winding but well-developed small pass road. The last 500 meters are not paved but easy to navigate. Parking for a car is located directly in front of the house.
The chirping of the crickets and the sound of the old water channel, which is fed by a mountain spring from the mountain village of Huebro, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, are usually the only sounds you can hear. In the immediate vicinity of the mill, a hiking trail leads you directly to the small mountain village of Huebro, where you can eat an excellent paella in a typical Spanish eatery.
The small town of Nijar with all shopping and utilities can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
