A spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen in the same space and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc. It has a cozy counter with three stools facing the kitchen. The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 6 people, the couch can be converted into a comfortable double bed. It has a dining table that can be opened to accommodate up to 8 people.

The master bedroom is exterior and very bright and has a private bathroom with shower. It has a double bed of 1.60 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps, a table with a chair and a closet. It has direct access to the terrace.

The second bedroom is exterior too and has a double bed of 1.40 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps, a table with chair and a closet. It has direct access to the terrace.

The third bedroom is also exterior and has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a closet. It also has direct access to the terrace.

The second bathroom has a shower.

The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms which have modern tiles. The house is decorated with original paintings that give it a distinction vibe.

There is free wifi and telephone with flat rate for local and national calls.

Well behaved pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
