A beautiful country house made of brick and painted white, in Narahío, A Coruña. Built in 1956, the style of the house is of the time, we can call it vintage. Narahío is a town belonging to the concello of San Sadurniño. Located just 7 km from the coast in Neda, in the Ría de Ferrol. At 15 km there are famous surfing beaches, such as Pantin, and not far from it, Doniños, Villarrube, Valdoviño, Campelo and many more. A wonderful area of Galicia, straddling the waves and forests, is called Ferrolterra.
Distribution
House with three floors. On the ground floor, we find a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub. A room for the washing machine and the heating boiler. The laundry area and oven. A small warehouse and exit to the outside. Next to the kitchen another exit.

The house is unfurnished, empty. But freshly painted and clean. The kitchen is fully furnished. Great heights, sense of space. You enter the house with some stairs and there are two tracks to access by car. This guarantees absolute privacy.

Around 82 m² per floor distributed over three floors. A total of 246 m2. It has a series of columns of an old industrial facility, which could be covered or form a splendid pergola. It has water on the farm, for irrigation. And an auger well that supplies the house. The water, ferrous, is drinkable. This road ahead is basically local use. The bulk of the traffic goes through the Ferrol-Villalba highway, which is 4km away.
Land
The farm measures 23,000 m2 of which 7,600 m2 are planted with eucalyptus that will soon be cut to give an extra income to the property. The Castro River (trout) is 65 meters from the bottom of the farm.
