Company Overview: A leading company group with real estate agency & restaurants, based in La Cala de Mijas, is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Google AdWords Expert to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a social media and Google AdWords Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads.
You will leverage your expertise in social media management and Google AdWords to optimize campaign performance, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain followers and enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build relationships and foster community engagement.
• Plan and execute targeted Google AdWords campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising, with a focus on real estate or related industry preferred.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Expert in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for digital marketing and real estate.
