Description
🍹 BAR STAFF – MALLORCA (SUMMER 2026)
We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team in a lively, high-volume environment serving international guests.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Handle payments accurately
• Support the team during busy service periods
Requirements:
• Good level of English (Spanish is a plus)
• Previous bar experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and reliable attitude
• Available for the full summer season
