Police find sleepwalking child of three on main road
A THREE-YEAR-OLD sleepwalker was found wandering along the C-1413 road in Rubí (Barcelona) this week.
He was discovered near the Egara rural park at around 18.45hrs on Tuesday, police have just revealed.
Local Police say they say a very small child walking along the middle of the road 'erratically', and stopped him.
It took them at least another half an hour after taking him back to the station to ascertain where he lived, because he was only able to give his first name.
When officers handed the child back to his mother, it transpired he had opened the front door to his house – near to where he was found – in his sleep without his mother's knowledge.
She explained to police that her son was prone to sleepwalking.
