A TOTAL of 635 refugees will be arriving in Spain thanks to an agreement between president Pedro Sánchez and the city council, with 200 of them due to be sent over imminently.

VOLUNTEERS have been rounded up by police to help in the search for Olympic medal-winning skier Blanca Fernández Ochoa, who has been missing since August 23 but whose disappearance was not reported until this weekend.

LOCAL Police in a Greater Madrid region town had to rescue a cow who had fallen into a swimming pool and been there for over 24 hours, unbeknown to the property owners.
