La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort - Not suitable for pets

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The village has an established expat community and the Spanish residents and north Europeans get on together very well.
