To reserve the property, an initial deposit of one month will be required (to be returned within the statutory deadlines, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that the condition of the property is the same as at the time of handover to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023.
