Maximum capacity: 3 people; suitable for couples, small families, or professionals who work remotely. Electricity and water are included in the monthly price up to a limit of €50/month (any amount exceeding this will be charged to the tenant). Seasonal contract for a maximum period of 6 months.

We offer a spacious and bright apartment for rent just steps from the beach, close to all amenities and everything you might need. Located in a small building adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment features a balcony with lovely sea and sunset views, a fully equipped living room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one with sea views), and a renovated bathroom. The rental price includes a parking space. It also has a laundry/storage room on the rooftop.

Located on Avenida de los Pescadores, you'll have direct access to the swimming areas and the seafront promenade. Arinaga offers a consistently spring-like climate in winter, top-notch cuisine, and all essential services (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms) within a 10-minute walk.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met).

Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs will be borne by the landlord.

This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
