It also has a wonderful and large private terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors and sunbathe peacefully.
The complex has a communal pool and landscaped common areas, in very good condition.

The rental price includes electricity and water consumption up to 50 euros per month and internet.

No pets allowed.

Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's deposit will be required (to be returned within the legal time frame, after having handed over the property to the owner, as long as the condition of the property is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and the conditions of the rental contract are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved in Congress on April 27, 2023 and in the Senate on May 18, 2023. It came into force the day after its publication in the BOE, on May 26, 2023. In its article 20, located in section 1, it is established that the real estate management costs and those of formalizing the contract will be borne by the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease contracts for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, or to seasonal lease contracts. In these cases, the tenant is the one who assumes the payment of the agency fees, together with the corresponding IGIC.
