The farmhouse is from the 18th century, built in stone, it is completely rebuilt, preserving its origins as it has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in the Catalog of Goods and Protected Spaces by the Vilafames City Council.
It is an old Mule Draft Oil Mill and it preserves intact all its machinery, grinding stone and press with its pulleys, arms, ropes and esparto baskets. It also has innumerable old farm tools.
It is built on two floors of 112.88 m2, having a total constructed area of 225.76 m2. The roof of the ground floor is formed by wooden beams in bobeda and that of its upper floor in wooden beams and reed, the tile is Arab of baked clay and from its cover the water is collected for the cistern through two pipes channel.
The ground floor, where the mill machinery is located, consists of a large entrance hall with a living room, an immense kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a pantry.
On the upper floor there is another large living room, a room with a double bed and two other double rooms, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway and a storage closet.
For its operation, it has running water from the cistern through pumping, the kitchen and the hot water heater are butane gas, electricity is by photovoltaic solar energy, enough for the reasonable consumption of the house, it consists of six solar panels 120 w and four 445 w, with two independent maximizers, a 220 v inverter and 12 accumulator batteries of 900 Ah at 24 v. It also has a gasoline generator in case it is necessary at any time. The wastewater is collected in a biological decanted treatment plant. It has oil heating by hot water radiators.
The property, registered in the Castellon 3 Property Registry, has a completed New Construction declaration. Its surface is 5,723 m2 and on it are located, next to the house, four corrals, in one of them is the solar installation, a unit in which the heating boiler is located and a large solid brick bobeda cistern of a capacity of 90 m3. It has 50 almond trees on several terraces.
The Farmhouse was rebuilt, with a construction project and municipal license, subject to Historical Heritage prescriptions, during 2004 and has a Municipal License for Non-qualified Activity for housing for Rural Houses.
It was also declared by the Valencian Tourism Agency, Tourism Council of the Generalitat Valenciana, as Rural Tourist Accommodation. His registration is currently canceled due to the fact that the accommodation is not operating, and it is possible to process a new registration when all the necessary requirements are met.
It is sold together with all the existing furniture, this being largely old. It is also sold with all the trousseau.
