The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and glass partition, as well as a living-dining room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped to make your stay comfortable and at home. It has basic appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, toaster, microwave, iron, coffee maker or kettle.

In the kitchen you will find enough utensils to spend a few pleasant days cooking homemade food if you wish.

The building also has a communal roof terrace, where you can enjoy sunbathing or simply sit for a while and contemplate the views, where, among other things, you can see the Cathedral or the Alcazaba, incidentally, at night it's almost magical.

The terrace will be closed from 22:00 p.m. to 09:00 a.m.
The cot has an additional cost of €5 / day.
Baby kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs €10 / day.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you wish to register after 9:00 p.m., you must pay a supplement of 30 euros from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 50 euros from 24:00 p.m.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit of 150 euros upon arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
Check in can be done with a code at the entrance door to the building.
