Very central one bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico! It is fully equipped with all furniture and located in the residential complex Arimar. The apartment consists of a practical and functional kitchenette with all cooking utensils plus coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster etc.

The living room has a sofa bed, a TV with international channels and wifi. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and the bathroom is modern with shower. The apartment can sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children.

The terrace has very nice views over all of Puerto Rico and towards the sea. The complex has a nice communal pool with a pool bar with variety of food and snacks.

There are many facilities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the harbour of Puerto Rico with countless possibilities to enjoy a nice boat trip, an exciting dive or parascending ride or any other excursion or activity to make your holidays unforgettable. The price per week is 350€ in summer season / 550€ in winter season and we charge breakage deposit out of which we discount cleaning, bed linen and possible damages at the end of your stay.
