Modern 5 bedroom luxury villa located in the area of Baladrar, between Moraira and Calpe, 400 m. from Cala Baladrar and 10 minutes by car from Moraira, in a quiet and private place. The house rebuilt in 2018, spacious, overlooking the sea. Private pool. Garden. Barbecue. 2 parkings for several cars. Air conditioning (hot/cold) ducts.

The house has 2 floors connected internally. The ground floor is composed of living room with fireplace, kitchen with island, laundry room, 2 toilets with shower (one en-suite), and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 and the other with bed of 1.50). The upper floor is composed of 1 bathroom, 1 side terrace and 2 bedrooms (one with trundle bed and the main one with fitted wardrobes and bed of 1.80 with 2 mattresses), exit to large terrace from the two bedrooms.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) ducts throughout the house, with separate keyboard in each room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Decorative gas fireplace in the living room.

Animals are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

The day of check-in and check-out is Saturday (entry after 4pm; departure before 10am).

In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks.

Prices in low season (November at the end of March) are for a maximum of 4 people (2 bedrooms). Each additional room costs 50 euros/week.
