The villa is arranged over three levels. There is a lift to 2 levels, which makes it suitable for people with restricted mobility.

First Top Level:

Entering the villa on the top floor you discover a light and spacious hallway with glass stairwells and a gallery.

Two of the four bedrooms are on this floor, both offering access to a large, south-east facing terrace. The master bedroom is furnished with a Super Kingsize bed and has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath.

The second bedroom has access to the gallery and has use of the adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower located on this floor.

Second Lower Level:

Take the stairs down to the lounge, kitchen and third bedroom with en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room. The spacious lounge is furnished with a large sofa, log burner and a flat screen TV.

Access to the third bedroom is through the lounge. This bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom.

Access to the second terrace is gained through the dining area and separate lounge. The terrace offers wonderful views and is furnished with a lovely seating area, Broil King gas BBQ and dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.

Third Pool Level:

From this terrace, steps lead down to the pool area and pool suite, where you will find the fourth separate studio bedroom with king size bed, its own lounge area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room and study. Perfect area for the younger ones who want to be separate from their parents!

The Area:

Located about 44 km from Malaga airport, Elviria is an urban center belonging to Marbella. It is a very well maintained urbanization that extends along the beach and towards the hills, very close to the center of Marbella, which is only 6 km away.

Elviria is a high standing urbanization with several excellent golf courses such as Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf Club or El Soto Golf & Country Club.

It has excellent facilities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, boutiques, and any amenities you might need during your stay.

The beaches of Elviria are very wide and pleasant for swimming as they are not very deep, as well as being well cared for and not overcrowded. You will find hammocks to rest and places to practice water activities, so popular during the summer.
