Villa Alzina is a 10 person villa and is located in the Aiguaviva Park sub urbanization of Vidreres, Lloret de Mar. The distance to the beaches and the cozy and lively coastal town of Lloret de Mar is only 11 kilometers.

You gain access to the plot from the spacious private driveway. You can drive your car almost to the villa. A small staircase leads to the terrace where you will immediately be delighted by the spacious swimming pool with sun beds.

From the entrance, the entrance hall gives you access to the living room and access to the second floor via the staircase. The living room is divided into a spacious dining room and a sitting area with a fireplace. From the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you reach the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The living room also gives you access to the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of a full bathroom and two double bedrooms.

On the upper floor you have a complete bathroom, three double bedrooms, two of which have access to the balcony, and a second very spacious living room with beautiful views of the mountains.

Outside you can enjoy several terraces and the breathtaking views.

The rental prices vary. In the low season, prices are between €900 and €1,150 per week. In high season prices are between €1,620 and €2,440 per week.

You can also enjoy the villa in the winter period because the entire villa is equipped with heating. We charge extra costs for this.
