After a day at the beach, enjoying the sea and the Mediterranean sun, the best plan is to relax on the terraces of this wonderful house and feel the sea breeze while having a snack, preparing a delicious barbecue and watching the little ones play in the the garden. You have an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand after the beach. The house is fenced and privacy is partial.
The single-storey house preserves antique elements and furniture that combines with more modern decoration and renovated rooms. The huge living-dining room has a Smart-TV and two AC units. There is another room with a TV where you can also relax. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest we have 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with twin beds. In the house there are two bathrooms with a shower each, one indoors and the other outdoors. Lastly, a cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in one of the best areas of Port de Pollença, a quiet and frendly area with beautiful colonial houses and the golden sand beach a few meters away. A short walk along the seashore will take you to the center of the Port where you will find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as one of the most picturesque promenades on the island. Do not forget to visit the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcúdia as well as the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç or Formentor.
