The apartment provides Wi-Fi and free parking in the surrounding area, as well as a large communal pool (open without restrictions all day).

Given its orientation and the large crystal window of the living room (with views to the pool), it is very bright and has very good ventilation. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans with lights.

The development is located opposite the Picasso Cultural Center, which offers easy parking. The area is quiet, although the famous San Miguel street is only 5 minutes away, providing access to all kinds of facilities, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, transportation (train and bus station within a 5-minute walk), supermarkets, leisure and tourism areas, and a lively nightlife. Easy access to the beach (7 minutes) located just 700 meters away. Upon leaving the development, there is one of the staircases that goes down to the beach, making the walk to the beach pleasant and short.
