Independent apartment ideal for one or two. 1.5 km from Almogia Village, 30 km from Málaga Airport.

You have a private entrance, private small kitchen with hob, oven and anything you may need to cook a meal. There is a small fridge, pot pans.
Some basic spices, the first toilet roll, some hand soap are included. Also towels, bed linen. Bed linen change is every week. No washing machine but I am happy to offer a free wash every 5 days using one of the 6 washing machines of the house. As in the pictures, the bath has a shower, toilet and a small sink. Mirror and hair dryer.

This property is an ideal retreat for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Ideal for 1 but the bed is big enough for 2. The bedroom has no window, there is sky light and it can be opened and closed with a stick. I find it fine but not everyone likes it. Aircon/heater in bedroom. In the bedroom there is also a working desk, a big wardrobe and two bedside tables.
With booking this offer you are renting one of the 6 apartments of the estate.
Heated pool and pool terrace and several more terraces are shared. Many hiding terraces and sitting spots around the estate.
There are 3 cats that run free around our two acres property. They may come and visit. Please do not feed them because I like to keep their feeding space away from the rental areas and please don't let them enter the apartment. There is also a friendly dog living in the property. He, most likely, stays more with me but he may come and say hello to you.

This is an ideal space for someone working from home. Free use of mountain bike. Sauna on premises. Yoga classes and massage service available.

The apartment is very independent. Secure and ideal for a long stay. Max 3 weeks. Guests have their private parking. 1 car. The access is through a gate. All the external areas are shared. Most likely that you never see anybody!

Water, electricity, gas and wi-fi are included.

Minimum rent 6 days, maximum 3 weeks. From €50 per day, €350 to €450 pw depending on the length of your rental, the season and the number of people.

Swimming pool is solar heated. It does a good job in middle season keeping temperature over 18°.
