This charming apartment, located in Playa del Inglés, is situated in a quiet, centrally located complex with well-maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool.

Located on the top floor of the building, which has an elevator, this apartment features an entrance hall leading to a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine, followed by a welcoming living-dining room; a fully renovated and equipped kitchen; a spacious bedroom with a large double built-in wardrobe and two single beds; and a small but fantastic balcony where you can enjoy the weather and al fresco dining.

Maximum occupancy is two people, and pets are not allowed.

Located close to all amenities such as restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and public transport, it is just a few meters from the Plaza de Maspalomas Shopping Center and approximately 200 meters from the beach.

Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of 1 month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned within legal deadlines, after having delivered the home to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts 'the expenses of real estate management and formalization of the contract will be borne by the lessor'.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY in cases of lease contracts for use other than housing, premises, etc. and, in particular, does not apply to seasonal rental contracts. In these cases, the tenant pays one month of the agency's fees with their corresponding IGIC.
