The complex is located in a quiet area. In the vicinity there are restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, a bus stop and car rental. Puerto Rico beach and the Mogan Mall shopping center are 10 minutes on foot. The romantic "Piccola Venezia", Puerto de Mogán, is 15 minutes by car. Amadores Beach is about 3 km away, Anfi Tauro Golf 4 km and Maspalomas, Meloneras or Playa del Inglés about 20 km.
