Appartamento in vendita in El Terreno, Palma de Mallorca, Mallorca

Space is the last true luxury!
Live and work in Palma in this extraordinary loft with endless possibilities to combine a spacious living environment with an attractive office or gallery space in a central location. It would also be possible to convert into a apartment/studio thanks to the ample space, high ceilings and the high amount of light entering from two sides.

Few neighbourhoods in Palma hide as much history and legend as El Terreno. The area started in the end of the 18th century as a popular summer residence spot for the wealthy families of Palma. In the 1930's El Terreno became the place to be for the city's intellectuals and artists. Later in the 60's & 70's the area was the centre of the international jet set as one of southern Europe's most lively night spots.
Today the residents enjoy the peacefulness of the area and being close to both the centre of Palma, the seaside promenade and the Bellver Park.
