ROCK guitarist and founder member of Queen, Brian May, has released a song in Spanish with a video shot entirely on location in his old haunts in the Canary Islands as a tribute to a region he knows and loves very well.

AN underwater volcano which has been bubbling away off the coast of El Hierro since the summer is rising closer and closer to the surface, according to geologists.

AN underwater eruption which kicked off on Monday at two-and-a-half kilometres from the coast of El Hierro is now said to be in waters of less than 150 metres in depth.
