TICKETS will go on sale this month for Ricky Martín's six concerts in Spain as part of his One world tour, due to land on the old continent in May.
The chart-topping Puerto Rican artist will start his Spanish trip with a show on Saturday, May 13 in A Coruña, in the north-western region of Galicia, then in Bilbao, in the Basque Country, the following day.
He will hit Barcelona for a concert at the Palau Sant Jordi stadium on Tuesday, May 16, and will perform at Valencia bull ring on Friday, May 19 before heading to the La Cartuja stadium in Sevilla the following day.
The last date in Spain will be at the WiZink Centre, the main sports stadium in Madrid, on Tuesday, May 23.
Ricky Martín's world tour has seen him on the road for the last year and a half non-stop, beginning in New Zealand in 2015 and then taking him to México, the USA, Canada, Latin America, and finally Europe.
He has been performing tracks from his latest album, A quien quiera escuchar ('Whoever wants to listen'), including the single he released in September, Vente pa'ca ('Come 'ere') with Colombian artist Maluma – a record which went to the top of the charts in Chile, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Colombia, México and Panamá.
Other major hits, spanning Martín's entire career, will include Come with me, She bangs, La mordidita, Tal vez, Livin' la vida loca, Pégate, Adiós, La bomba, Asignatura pendiente and his FIFA World Cup anthem, Cup of life.
The support act will be the new young band CNCO, which has just launched its album Primera cita ('First date').
Tickets will be on sale from 10.00 a week today – on Thursday, February 23 – via the usual channels.
