The house, built on two levels and connected by a wide staircase, is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

On the ground floor is the parking area, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with washing machine and a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. The living room is spacious, bright and ventilated thanks to its large windows that provide freshness and natural light throughout the day. On the exterior of this same floor you can enjoy a cozy porch and a patio with a pool and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing in a tranquil setting.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: one of them with en-suite bathroom and the other with bunk bed, both with direct access to a magnificent terrace with sea views and the island of Cabrera, perfect for enjoying a good wine at sunset. All rooms are exterior, spacious and very bright.

The villa has Wi-Fi, cable television with numerous international channels and air conditioning in all rooms. From Cala Pi you can also do excursions to Cala Beltrán and the Cabo Blanco Lighthouse. Only 20 minutes by car are idyllic beaches such as Sa Rápita or Es Trenc.
