This Casa Rural wit superior cathegory has 200 years of history, from generation to generation it has remained practically intact, so all its guests emphasize that it is an authentic house-museum.The house retains its charm with high ceilings, hydraulic floors, the furniture, farming implements and even the oil mill with its presses and jars for oil.
It has 5 rooms that are currently used. Each room has its own bathroom, a/c and central heating. In addition there is one more room that is used occasionally, it also has its corresponding bathroom.
With an independent entrance, at the same time connected to the main house, is the private area: a studio with kitchen and bathroom for the owners or the person in charge of running the business. There is the possibility of expanding that private area by making more rooms.
The house has several lovely rooms, reading areas, fireplace areas and simply spaces to relax with one of your favorite drinks.
A very special and very important detail that this establishment offers is itsindoor patio with terrace and pool to enjoy the pleasant temperatures of the area during the year and to cool off during the summer months.
It has a lot of potential as there are areas that are not currently being used but can be used to make more bedrooms, apartments or give it any other necessary use.
The valley where the rural house is located, formed by eight villages, is a few kilometers from the coast, from the hustle and bustle, from that coveted beachfront. And that is part of its charm: it is a place to enjoy the tranquility and peace of the area, but at the same time you can access the beaches without any difficulty.
This place is famous for its "route of the eight villages" through which there is also a river from which you can catch its waters from the many fountains that you will find along the way. A route is proposed to walk on foot, by bike or by car the 14 kilometers (one way) of this place.
One of the moments of splendor of the area is the spring, first a white picture with cherry blossoms, and then red, when the fruit ripens.
