In the current draft of the master plan, most of the property under study is zoned for detached or attached single-family residential use, with a maximum of two floors and a development ratio of 24.64%. Some of the land is reserved for interior roads of the development.

The general city master plan also allows the zoning of properties larger than 25,000 m2 for multi-family residential use with a maximum height of 4 floors. The choice of zoning will have to be made in the master plan once the environmental review has been completed.
