The surface of the land is 10.100 m2, and I built the stone walls which cost a fortune because they were made by stone craftsmen. For me, all the effort was worth it, because I am very happy here, I come here every day, because it is my "pharmacy". I am 73 years old, and for 13 years I have enjoyed the orange trees, the views and the tranquillity. The estate has 575 orange trees of navel variety, I am in the Benicolet cooperative for its citrus exploitation. Without a doubt for me it is a real paradise, only for people who love nature. "
