The farm is located in a field of almond trees.
The property has several deeds. For the actual facilities of this rural hotel/retreat, studio and spa and another for more land with olive trees, Yoga platform and reservoir.

There are 2 main wells as well as an old traditional well and a hunters spring inside a cave. There is also a 580,000 liter deposit. There is a possibility to get city water from the local village, some neighbors have it. We have a system that cleans the water from the reservoir to use it during the hot summer months. There is three phase electricity and solar panels.

This 150 year old finca has been beautifully restored with old tiles and retaining most of the original features.
The courtyard has been renovated to create a huge 8x10m daylight studio with glass doors opening along one side. Very multifunctional, perfect for art retreats, event halls, conferences, winter dinners, workshops and Hot Yoga.
There are two infrared heaters that heat up instantly for Hot Yoga groups that go up to 50 degrees.

There are 7 double rooms and one meter thick walls. All rooms with AC.

The ground floor has 2 traditional-style bedrooms, including a further bedroom with exterior access. The exterior bedroom has a sink and a wood stove.

The spacious and comfortable living room with wooden beams and a wood-burning stove, a large versatile kitchen with space for catering, to receive groups of more than 25 people or weddings.
There are also 2 charming and original bathrooms inside the house and another one on the other side of the patio.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with vaulted white wood ceilings. The largest bedroom has access to the terrace overlooking the pool.

At the south facing front of the house there is a large covered terrace of 5mx 20m.

On the east side of the house is a large curved sofa 17m long. Area for weddings and talks. At this point you can access the steps that lead up to the green oasis garden where you will find relaxation areas surrounding a beautiful 5x8m swimming pool edged in black slate.

Around the pool you will find:
The 3x3m Hamam style mosaic tiled steam room, seating up to 16 people. The sauna cave, complete with speakers. A large covered area with a shower next to it.

Just past the pool (5 x 8) is a 6mx3.5m toilet block with 3 tastefully designed units. - a full bathroom, a shower room and a toilet.
To accompany the 8x5m pool there is a piping system to heat the pool.
Two lovely wood covered areas, one with train bed design seating and one with a queen bed below.

On the other side of the pool area, the path to the Yoga platform begins. A 9m x 13m bamboo shaded wooden yoga platform.

Additional outside accommodation is provided at:
2 teepees, 3 geodesic domes of modern design
All have electricity, comfortable beds and terracotta floors and furniture.

Also 2 magnificent Moroccan style Me-pod. With wood stoves and ceiling fans. The floor space is 51/2m in diameter, also with air conditioning.

There are 2 septic tanks (3 phase type) for a total of 30 people.
