The property is entitled to water during the winter months, from November to March. During this period the finca can be irrigated. Currently the land is maintained and irrigated by the neighbor, the one who also planted the olive trees. The water for the caseta comes from two reservoirs. One is situated next to the caseta and the other on the hill, so that there is running water in the caseta. It is also possible to collect rainwater through the roof or to create a basin.
