The terrace porch serves both to trim and frame the views from inside the home and to help control the southern sun in summer while allowing it through in winter. The house is protected on the northern, eastern, and western elevations from dominant winds, opening up to the southern terrace, which is sheltered from these winds. The peculiar isosceles trapezoidal shape of the south-facing plot was crucial in shaping the morphology of the house, which is situated in the wider part, considering the desired program and dimensions as the most suitable form through repetition of this trapezoid. This creates an ideal proportion between enclosed space and covered open space.

The modified project plan consists of a single-family home and a pool. It includes a detached single-family home with a program of three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the rest of the house. A large living room-kitchen-dining area connects to an outdoor terrace. An installation and storage room is adjacent to the kitchen. An exterior shaded area next to the pool is requested, protected from the wind by the shape and structure of the house. The materials aim for a traditional architectural approach, with predominance of white with traditional textures, and the use of a traditional dry stone boundary wall. In contrast, under the porch, there is an exposed concrete wall with a natural wood texture.

The property seeks views and a southern orientation. The living room opens completely to the terrace.

The plot has vehicular access and buried potable water supply networks at the plot line, as well as an electricity supply. It does not have a sewage network.
