This property is an old Mallorcan estate located next to Faro de Cabo Blanco, with sea and views of the island of Cabrera, featuring a watchtower and a bunker with access to the sea.

In 1575, following the visit to Mallorca by Don Juan of Austria, the construction of a defense tower against the alliance was discussed. From this tower, which we find on the estate, defensive tasks were carried out due to its strategic location south of Mallorca.

In 1940, a military barracks was built in the main military building. It served as barracks accommodation for the army personnel, an officers’ dining room, a kitchen, offices, and various washrooms and showers for the troops, in a total of 470 m² built in the main building, plus approximately 65 m² for the independent building.

In addition to these buildings in the outdoor area, there is also a historic watchtower, and an outdoor dining area for the troops, from where you can see the municipality of Lluchmajor, the sea, and the island of Cabrera.

Throughout the entire estate, there are different buildings that served as lookouts and for military training.

The special feature of this estate is its underground structures— or reinforced concrete bunkers— inside the rock, from where privileged views of the sea and the island of Cabrera can be enjoyed.

All the military buildings are preserved to this day, though they require renovations, and they are protected.
