The kitchen, with extensive work space and two 5-burner gas hobs, is well equipped for preparing meals for larger groups.

The communal area of 50 m2 where breakfast and dinner can be served for 12 to 16 people is the connection between the main house and the guest rooms. There are five spacious double rooms with bathroom and private terrace and one apartment for four people with two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and sun terrace. All necessary permits are in place for the rental of these guestrooms.

There are three basements with a total surface of 72 m2 for the batteries, generator, other equipment and as storage space.

The complete interior, furniture, decoration and works of art are included in the purchase. This way, if desired, the B&B can be continued with the same atmosphere and appearance that has generated very positive reviews and ratings for years on various platforms such as Booking, Google, Zoover and Tripadvisor.

Energetically, the house functions autonomously and sustainably. The electricity is supplied by 37 up-to-date solar panels with associated battery set and a 16 kW generator for emergency situations. Water is supplied from a communal well (pozo comunal) and stored purified in a 5000 liter depot on the property.
