On plots of 500 m² or more, we create exclusive villas built entirely to your personal specifications. Together with experienced architects and the contractor, we guide you through the entire process, from the initial design to the completion of your home.
This is an off-plan project, where the home is fully customizable to your preferences. We have several building plots available in Algorfa, Ciudad Quesada, and La Marina, among others. Plot availability is constantly changing and is therefore always a snapshot.
The combined price of house and plot starts from €495,000, depending on the location, plot size and your personal wishes.
Step 1: Determine your housing needs
To put together the right project, we first clearly map out your wishes, such as:
Desired plot size Size of the house Number of bedrooms Desired building style Extras such as a basement, garage or swimming pool Preferred location Total budget for plot and house
Step 2: Selection of the correct plot
Based on your preferences, we'll select available plots that meet your criteria. Our architect will then assess whether the plot is suitable for the desired design and whether the house can be optimally realized.
The design remains flexible and can be adapted to both your wishes and the building regulations of the plot.
Step 3: Purchase and construction process
Once the design is finalized, the building plot is purchased, and you become the land owner. The architect will then arrange all necessary permits and licenses for construction.
Construction of your villa takes an average of 12 to 18 months. After completion, the property will be officially transferred into your name at the notary.
