The estate also benefits from an irrigation canon from the Confederation Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir, with a flow of 74.771/s of the 425.0580 ha of irrigable surface area, coming from the Guadiana Menor River.
Además, dentro de la propiedad, hay una casa cortijo con aproximadamente 250 m2 construidos, con
hall, 2 salones, 6 dormitorios, 3 baños y cocina. En el exterior hay una piscina

Almazara

Construida y puesta en funcionamiento en diciembre de 2000.

m2, con suministro de agua potable e instalaciones de telecomunicaciones adecuadas.
