Frailes has a number of great bars (6) and restaurants, small supermarkets, a weekly market, banks, doctors, etc, it is a small bustling community with many cultural events throughout the year.
The house is very cheap to run (a few hundred euros per year), the current owner has installed a new wood-burner and a new roof, the house is rustic, but solid!
