The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Jávea near the wonderful Granadella Bay. Not far from the Granadella nature reserve and the residential area of Balcon al Mar, there are numerous walking trails and viewpoints along the beautiful coastline overlooking the sea.

Jávea (Xábia in Valenciano) itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round Jávea scores with a very relaxed atmosphere, varied restaurants and the crystal clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. Furthermore, the major city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are in the vicinity.

The unique thing about Jávea is its multifaceted nature, because besides the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio as well as Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way.
