Features of these semi-detached villas
Bedrooms
The bedrooms will be equipped with built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, painted in the same color as the interior doors. The interior includes a central partition, a top shelf, a clothes rail, a chest of drawers, and shelves. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with a sliding door. The interior of the walk-in closet is open and has no doors. Aluminum roller shutters with thermal insulation are also installed in the bedrooms and living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen will be fully equipped with ceiling-high base and wall units. Both the cabinets and drawers are equipped with a soft-close system. The kitchen features a freestanding extractor hood and a column with space for an oven and microwave. Climate control
Climate control is provided by an integrated air conditioning system (hot/cold) with ducts and grilles. The thermostat is located in the living area. In premium homes, the aerothermal heat pump provides air conditioning as well as domestic hot water. These homes also feature underfloor heating with a water circuit throughout the entire house, with individual temperature control for each room. The bathrooms also have electric underfloor heating.
Telecommunications and wifi
The homes are equipped with a free TV reception system for Spanish, Russian, French, Polish, English and German channels. The system is compatible with Flemish channels (via a dedicated decoder), as well as with Scandinavian and English channel packages from an external provider. A router and internet connection with a local provider are provided. Free wifi is available in the homes for the first month after completion, and wifi is also available in the common areas of the project.
Outdoor space and garden
Each villa will have non-slip stoneware flooring on porches, terraces, patios and solariums, plus a spacious private garden with covered parking for two vehicles, integrated into the design by a modern pergola. The garden will be landscaped with artificial grass and decorative gravel, according to the architectural garden plan. The perimeter of the plot is finished with a combination of a solid garden wall and a metal fence, complemented by a cypress hedge. The hedge has an automatic drip irrigation system and a garden tap. There is also the option of a private swimming pool (at an additional cost).
Common areas
