The old feeding troughs with their wooden beam and iron rings where the animals were tied remain, lintels above the doors, and an open courtyard in the center - a property for total reform and rehabilitation as a dwelling.
The projected building corresponds to the typology of a single-family detached house, composed of one above-ground floor. The dwelling will consist of living room, dining room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The property has a basic project, water supply connection, electricity connection and soon a building permit.

The shape of the plot is trapezoidal, with a ground floor area of 251 m2. It includes space for 2 car parking spots and has a striking old pine tree. The property adjoins two local roads. There are other old stone buildings uninhabited opposite the cow shed. The future dwelling will offer beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
