Calahonda, part of Mijas Costa on Málaga’s sun-drenched Costa del Sol, is a well established coastal community that combines relaxed residential living with resort-style amenities. The town is roughly a 30 minute drive to Malaga airport and offers everything you might need including over four kilometres of sandy the boardwalk coastal promenade, golf courses, gyms, supermarkets, clinics and pharmacies, international restaurants and shops. With a sizeable expat population, many of whom are from the UK, Scandinavia and other parts of Northern Europe.

This restaurant is located on a very busy road with traffic passing by constantly. It is highly visible from the road and has parking immediately outside.

Currently a traditional Spanish restaurant offering tapas and other Spanish dishes, it enjoys a fantastic reputation with excellent reviews all round. It could easily be changed to offer any type of cuisine.

It has around 100m2 internally and a further 30m2 on the terraces and is in good order throughout.

It is approached by either a front door or side door both leading into the dining area. There is seating internally for around 14 people currently, but this number could easily be increased to around 25.

There is a large bar counter area with tapas display cabinets, shelving for bottles and glasses, microwave oven, drinks fridges, fridge freezer, cash till.

The kitchen is well fitted with stainless steel appliances including large baking oven, 4 burner gas hob, plancha (griddle) fryers, extractor, microwave, and preparation areas.

There is a good sized cloakroom with modern WC and basin with disabled facilities and access to a good size store cupboard.

There are two terraces one has tables and chairs for 16 people and has sail shades. The other terrace seats an additional 12 people.

There is a 5 year renewable lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 1500€ plus IVA which includes all community fees and terrace taxes.
